🛍️ Return Policy

  • You may return NEW, UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original box and/or packaging. Clothing must have tags attached.
  • Please do NOT use the original shoe box as a shipping box. If shoes are returned to us in this manner, a 20% restocking fee will incur.
  • Your local USPS has free shipping boxes and supplies.

📦 Shipping

The buyer is responsible for purchasing return shipping for any items returned through mail. We are a small family business and cannot unfortunately offer pre-paid shipping for returned items. 

*Important! Please ship using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not be responsible for returned items that are lost in-transit. If you have shipped an item and it is lost in transit, please contact the shipping service you used to file a claim.

🙅🏻‍♂️ Items that can NOT be returned

  • Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
  • Sunglasses can be returned at any time.
  • Masks are final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • Items not within the 30 day returns window.
  • Worn, dirty, or unsellable items.
  • Items without their original box and/or packaging.
  • Final Sale items.

🎄 Holiday Returns Policy

  • Items purchased online or in-store between Nov 1 and Dec 24 may be returned through Jan 15 the following year, or 30 days from ship date (online purchases) or date-of-purchase (in-store purchases), whichever is later. 
  • Online items returned by mail must be received at our store by Jan 15 of the following year, or 30 days from ship date, whichever is later.
  • Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days* of ship date.
  • Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items purchased online can be returned in-store. 
  • Likewise, in-store purchases can be returned by mail. 
  • Items returned by mail, once received and inspected, will be refunded by the original method of payment. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for only the cost of the items purchased.

🛍️ Exchange Returns Policy

  1. Proof of purchase is required.
  2. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days* of ship date.
  3. Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. 
  4. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  5. For exchanges, the item is returned first, then a second transaction is the purchase that completes your exchange. 
  6. Please allow 5-7 days for return mail.

🎁 Gift Return Policy

  • Gifts returned with a gift receipt will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price.
  • Proof of purchase is required, items can not be returned without a receipt.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged by mail or in stores.

🙋🏻‍♂️ Status on Return/Missing Refund 

Please allow for up to 3 business days from the day you receive your refund confirmation for your credit to post to your account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@littlefeetkids.com.
