Return Policy:

You may return NEW, UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing must have tags attached.

We would like to be able to resell your returned item, so it is important for it to be returned in great condition.

Do not use the original shoe box as a shipping box. A 20% restocking fee will be added if shoes are returned to us in this manner. 

Please visit your local USPS for free shipping boxes and supplies. This is simply to ensure we can resell the item.

Non-returnable items:

  • Anything 30 days after order date.
  • Used or dirty items.
  • Items without original box or packaging.
  • Final Sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. Please include a copy with your return.

Items marked Final Sale are not able to be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Include a copy of your original packing slip in the package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a refund for only the cost if the items purchased, not for shipping. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We are a small business and cannot afford to pay return shipping. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. Please include a copy with your return.

Important! Please ship using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail. If you have sent an item and it is lost in transit, please contact the shipping service you used to make your claim.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow for up to 3 business days from the day you receive your refund confirmation for your credit to post to your account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
